confirmation call is an interactive video survey used to confirm the customer’s
understanding of the HDM agreement.
It is eight screens and six
questions long and audio/video recorded.

You’ll use the
app to host the call during all in-person signings. No customer devices are needed
The app can be found in the Apple App Store or Google
Play Store. Search for Callpilot (one word) you’ll see it listed as
shown.
The Process
When a
customer signs, the rep receives an email
Rep clicks
link in email (on their phone or tablet)
The call opens
in the Callpilot app
The rep hands
their phone (or tablet) to the customer
Customer
completes the call

It is exactly
the same call as on the rep’s app.
The last screen starts the upload.
