HDM In-Service Form
In Service Form
Once M1 is complete it’s time for HDM to sell the project to an investor.
HDM generates the In-Service Notice also called the In-Service Form when the deal is sold to a 3rd party.
HDM presents the In-Service Form to an investor, and the total process to turn around the form takes between 5-10 business days.
What’s on the Form?
This document states that in accordance with the PPA agreement between HDM and the contractor, it is directing the contractor to place the newly built system into service.
It also lists
the homeowner, address, important system characteristics, dates and the price
of the power being purchased.
How does this fit into the Process?
The In-Service Form is created between the M1 and M2 milestones.
After substantial completion of the project is accepted in M1, HDM places the deal in the ownership of an investor.
The project will not be visible in the portal and will not appear in M2 until you receive a copy of the In-Service Form at the end of the process.
The process for the form takes between 5-10 business days.
