HDM fleet team:

At least 5 days of production history are needed before approving the monitoring site.
How Long Does This Take?
Total lead time is around 4-7 business days
Sharing Monitoring
Platforms include: Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla or Solarman
How to Share: Give access to HDM’s email address
Which address: solarmonitoring@hdmcap.com
The process will differ from one platform to another:
This example shows access shared on Enphase by
entering the email for HDM.
How to share: Send login credentials to HDM
Monitoring Dashboard URL is the page with the data for that specific
customer. That URL combined with the login credentials gives us the easiest
access for non-fleet level monitoring
M2 – Monitoring not working.
This rejection happens when micro inverters or not reporting or the system is having any other kind of malfunction. To avoid this, make sure that everything is working nominal prior to submitting the M2 milestone.
M2 – Missing PTO letter.
This is not a common rejection, but project coordinators at times submit the wrong document in place of the PTO letter. When you are not sure you are submitting the right document please email the document prior to submission for confirmation at underwriting@hdmcap.com. This will help create a precedent for future submissions.
Other M2 Questions
What do I submit as a substitute to the PTO letter?
What Happens Next?
After M2 approval, HDM will email you a M2 statement that you need to sign to finish the M2 stage.
