If you don’t yet have a login, request one from your manager.

In Deals
Click Deals > NTP Stage
then click on the Documents for the project you want to edit.

You'll land in the Project's NTP Page
- Tap the blue arrow next to Overview at left to go the the Project Detail page.

Project Detail Page

You’ll land on the Deal Detail page in the new environment.

All of the customer and deal information is listed in the top few sections.

Lower on the page you’ll see the Project Timeline and Related Milestone sections.

The Project Timeline tracks several dates throughout the life of the project. These dates will auto-populate once the events happen.

The Related Milestones section contains links to the NTP, M1 and M2 pages for this  specific project. Each page will be created automatically once that step has been reached. You can go back and visit each milestone page even after that step has been completed.

NTP Page and Process

Tap the NTP link in the Related Milestone section

The top half of the NTP page includes the Overview, Details, Economics and Attachment sections.

Overview Sections and Milestone Status

Attachment Section and Loading Docs

The Attachment section lists the required NTP docs. To begin uploading, click the Upload button and the upload tool will open. From there you can browse to files on your computer.

Lower on the page the Timeline for Rejection and Resubmission will now list a Document Upload Date.

Rejected Submission

Easily see the reason for rejection and resubmit

When you have a rejected submission it will show up on the NTP page for that customer. The status listed in the Overview section on the NTP page will be NTP Rejected.

The Attachment section will identify the unacceptable doc with a red circle next to the doc. To upload a new doc, click Reupload at the top of the section. The upload tool will open.

Once the doc has been replaced, the Resubmit button will appear in the Overview section.

After submitting the NTP page will be locked for review.
