Submitting - FEOC & DC for 2026

Process for all HDM Projects (FEOC and DC) 




All HDM projects must meet FEOC standards
All projects (FEOC or DC) have the same docs submitted at NTP, M1 & M2.
All materials must have SKU's matching the AVL (FEOC or DC).

NTP:
SKU's must be listed in the BOM in the 2D Drawings.
  1. The BOM in the 2D Plans must list SKU's for modules, inverters, and batteries

M1:
SKU's must be shown in the COR + Materials Invoice
  1. Invoice: List SKU's for Modules, Inverters, RACKING & Batteries
  2. COR: Photos showing SKU's for Modules, Inverters & Batteries
  3. Packing Slip: This requirement is droped for all projects

NTP Docs 
The list of required docs at NTP is unchanged.

All Jobs:
The 2D Drawings must feature a BOM (Bill of Materials) 
  1. BOM must list the following information for equipment
    1. Modules: SKU, QTY, Manufacturer, FEOC-Approved in description
    2. Inverters: SKU, QTY, Manufacturer, FEOC-Approved in description
    3. Battery: SKU, QTY, Manufacturer, FEOC-Approved in description
    4. Racking: QTY, Manufacturer, FEOC-Approved in description (racking SKU's not needed until M1)


The SKU's listed must match the HDM AVL



M1 Docs

The list of required docs for ALL jobs at M1 include the following:

For all jobs DC or FEOC, the required docs and process is the same.


Material Invoice:
All Jobs:
This must list the SKU's for Modules, Inverters, RACKING and Batteries


The Racking SKU's must include the rails, mid-clips and end-clips.

The SKU's listed must match the HDM AVL.




COR Photos:
All Jobs:
The photos in the COR must show the SKU's for Modules, Inverters and Batteries.



The SKU's shown must match the BOM, Invoice and the AVL



AVL, FEOC & DC

DC and FEOC(standard) jobs share the same doc requirements for funding process...
But there are differences between FEOC and DC eligible materials in the AVL.
