The Big Picture
HDM offers a Prepaid PPA that is 15, 20, 25% below your turn-key price.
When you finance that lower amount, you reduce dealer fees, reduce monthly payments, and increase your overall Net.
It’s all in the numbers.
What you’re doing now
In this example, the installer priced the system at a high $/watt to cover the loan’s high dealer fees and still net an acceptable amount.
Unfortunately, this high price means a big loan and the customer faces a high monthly payment. But if you drop your price, you’ll end up netting less.
It’s a tough to be competitive, but… There is an alternative!
The HDM Option
The lower loan amount brings benefits to the customer without you even lowering your price. When HDM pays for 20% of this system cost, the monthly payment drops by $64.
Everybody wins. Everyone makes more and your system and price are unchanged in this example.
